• Orders within Lagos ship at Two thousand naira (N2000.00)

• Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm, only for delivery within Lagos (N5000.00)
• Orders within Abuja attract a flat delivery charge of Five thousand naira (N5000.00).
• Delivery within major parts of LAGOS takes 3-5 working days and 7 working days nationwide in the latest. Working days are Monday – Friday and excludes National Holidays.
• Shipping cost to other parts of Nigeria start from N5000.00
• We will inform you if there are any delays. Kindly note, that delays may arise during holidays, new collection launch and sale periods.

International orders are fulfilled via DHL.

All payments made in local naira will be delivered to an address within Nigeria.

Ozinna.com offers exchange or returns for store credit, items.  

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving order for an exchange or refund. After that the item is considered SOLD.

Products can be returned within the first 24 hours of purchase in exchange for store credit. However, Ozinna.com will receive return item in good condition first before any exchange/refund.

Customer is responsible for delivery cost of returned package as long as return items were delivered in good condition.

Sale items are FINAL and so not qualify for refund, exchange or store credit.
